Between now and now and the middle of June, the various cable networks that televise college football and the major conferences will be assembling the pieces that will make up the broadcast schedule for the first few weeks of the college football season and the first piece of the puzzle has been released.
Yesterday, ESPN released the schedule of primetime college football telecasts for the ACC. The schedule will include Louisville making their ACC debut on Labor Day and will host Miami (FL). ESPN's slate of Thursday night games will showcase the ACC five straight weeks beginning on October 16.
Virginia Tech has played more games on Thursday night than any other school and will continue that streak with a pair of appearances and will extend their streak to 27.
