Fox Sports 1 To Televise One MLB League Championship Series

More and more big game events are making the move to cable, including this weekend's NCAA Final Four and the trend is continuing with an announcement from Fox Sports that Fox Sports 1 will televise one League Championship Series in Major League Baseball's "Hunt For October and TBS will air the other.

ESPN To Televise Early Round Play At The Masters

A rite of spring week, The Masters, is next weekend and for the 7th year in a row, ESPN will present early round play as well as the Par 3 Contest on Wednesday from the Augusta National Golf Club.

Fox Sports 1 nightly pregame show called America's Pregame will debut Monday, April 7 at 5pm (CT) and Fox Sports recently announced who will host the show.

CBS Prepares For The Masters

When the college basketball season comes to a conclusion with Monday's National Championship game of the NCAA Tournament, CBS will quickly shift its coverage to Augusta, GA and the world's most renowned golf tournament.

Trent Green Joins CBS Sports

CBS Sports today has announced that former NFL quarterback Trent Green has joined CBS Sports.  Green will serve as a game analyst for CBS Sports TV coverage of The NFL on CBS.  In addition, Green will be seen on CBS Sports Network's NFL studio shows including NFL Monday QB and That Other Pregame Show.

The Turner Family Of Networks Will Televise The Final Four

As part of the TV deal between CBS, Turner Sports and the NCAA that has allowed every game of the NCAA tournament in recent years will bring Saturday's national semi-finals to TBS for the first time.

In addition, TNT and TruTV will get in on the action with each network offering a team-centric telecast for each of the schools participating in the Final Four.  More information on this will be released later this week and CBS will televise Monday's championship game.

ESPN To Have Extensive Coverage Of The Final Four

Despite not being able to televise this weekend's games at the Final Four, that's not stopping the ESPN family of networks from offering extensive coverage.
