TruTV already has a role in televising the men's postseason tournament in March and now, TruTV will be televising for the first time, regular season college basketball games.
This weekend, TruTV will be televising the Coaches vs Cancer Classic from Brooklyn NY. This year's tournament features #1 Michigan St. and participant Oklahoma and their visit to patients at a children's hospital in Oklahoma.
