A new NFL policy that begins next year will allow Fox & CBS to "flex" more TV games.
As it stands right now, the NFL & NBC can flex late season marque games to prime time. In 2014, Fox and CBS will be allowed to flex afternoon games to the 3:25 games to ensure national coverage of marquee games.
