Even though the calendar says January and its cold across most of the country, college baseball & softball teams across the country have begun preparing for their upcoming season and ESPN has recently announced its college softball broadcast schedule.
Multiple ESPN platforms will team up to televise over 80 regular season games. Included in the coverage is the SEC in its entirety and the championship games from the ACC, American, SWAC, and Big South conferences.
Some of the highlights include:
*a record 17 telecasts featuring two ranked teams in a preseason poll that will be televised on an ESPN network
*Twelve telecasts will showcase a top 5 preseason ranked team and overall, a preseason ranked team will appear in 27 telecasts.
