ESPN To Televise The Entire Women's Basketball Championship

The ESPN family of networks returns in 2014 as the exclusive TV home of the Division 1 Women's Basket ball Championship.

First round play begins Saturday, March 22 and concludes with the National Championship game from Nashville, TN on Tuesday April 8 at 7:30pm (CT).  Most of the first round coverage will be on a "whip around" basis with look in's on games in progress.  However, both Iowa & Iowa St.'s first round games will be locked into distribution on ESPN2, either on a spill over channel on satellite or on Mediacom's standard ESPN2 location.  You can get distribution maps for first round games at this link.

The first round games of both Notre Dame and Connecticut will receive full national coverage of their first round games as both are undefeated.  All games of the Women's Basketball Championship will also be available on the WatchESPN App, ESPN3, and ESPN Full Court.
