Fox Sports recently announced the additions in the Fox Broadcast booth to fill the void caused by the retirement of Tim Tim McCarver and announced a new nightly MLB highlight show which will be televised on Fox Sports 1.
Harold Reynolds and Tom Verducci will join Joe Buck as the lead broadcast team for Fox Sports coverage of the upcoming 2014 MLB season. In addition, for the first time in several years, the pregame show for Fox Sports will return to its Los Angeles studios to be hosted by Kevin Burkhardt and a rotating schedule of analysts.
On March 31, a new highlight show called MLB Whiparound will debut on March 31. The show will showcase highlights of games in progress, news and analysis. The show will be hosted by Fox Sports veteran Chris Myers with a rotating schedule of analysts. Most nights, the show will air at 9pm (CT).
