Mountain West Conference Championship Game To Air on CBS

CBS Sports has announced that the inaugural Mountain West Conference Championship Game will air on CBS (locally on KCCI). 

According to a Press Release from CBS, the game will be played on Saturday, December 7 with kickoff at 9pm (CT) and will be played at the home stadium of the regular-season Mountain West divisional champion with the highest BCS ranking.  CBS Sports Network will air over 20 regular season Mountain West Conference games this year.  

A 9pm kickoff going head-to-head for roughly the final quarter of the Big 10 Championship Game, should be interesting to see what the Mountain West Conference Championship Game will get for ratings.
