From the were does the time go department, 20 years ago today, ESPN2 signed on the air for the first time. Anyone was around this time back in 1993, ESPN2 was supposed to be the "hip little brother" to ESPN with unconventional sets, graphics, and programming aimed at then 20 somethings.
ESPN2 launched in roughly 10 million homes and today is available in 99 million homes.
