Olympic Ratings Update

Saturday's intense U.S. Hockey victory over Russia Saturday morning drew big ratings and viewership numbers.

The win by the U.S. in a shootout was seen  by over 4 million viewers with viewership peaking at 6.4 million between 9 and 9:30am (CT).  Saturday's hockey game was the most watched hockey game in NBCSN's history, the now second most watched game came in the Stanley Cup Finals last June.

As of yesterday, NBC is averaging 23.5 million viewers and a rating/share of 13.2/21 up 14% and 8% respectively from the last time the Winter Olympics was in Europe.
